Je suis debout, derrière le comptoir de l’hôtel. Un couple arrive, dans le hall, la femme se tient en retrait, discrète.

Il est 20h, il pleut.

Je donne à l’homme la clé de la chambre, il appelle l’ascenseur et le couple disparait.

Au petit matin, ils réapparaissent, l’homme part sur la droite, la femme à l’opposé…

Je suis toujours debout derrière le comptoir de l’hôtel désert.

I am standing behind the hotel counter. A couple arrives, in the hall, the woman stands back, discreet.

It is 8 pm, it is raining.

I give the man the room key, he calls the elevator and the couple disappears.

In the morning, they reappear, the man goes to the right, the woman to the opposite…

I am still standing behind the counter of the deserted hotel.
